Job summary

Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique in New York's luxury district is seeking a Selling Supervisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll oversee selling floor readiness, stock replenishment, and POS operations while partnering with the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets. The role requires at least 2 years of selling or supervisory experience in luxury retail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling or supervisory experience in luxury retail.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to work in-person at a Company-designated location.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of a team.
• Maintain selling floor standards, stock, and visual merchandising per VM guidelines.
• Support merchandise flow, tagging, replenishment, and inventory prep.
• Provide high levels of customer service including wrapping and after-sales support.
