The role emphasizes accurate CRM records, post-sale follow-up, and maintaining Hermès standards of service. In-store clienteling and event support are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of selling and retail experience in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist top volume Sales Specialists by organizing gifting initiatives and experiences for clients.
• Support assigned Sales Specialists and Maison Madison in reaching monthly sales goals.
• Prepare for in-store appointments with charge sends and item pulls, and manage fittings and post-sale shipping.
• Record accurate POS transactions and assist with opening/closing procedures.
