Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Sales Director for Cartier Mansion to lead a luxury boutique, drive sales targets, and shape the High Jewelry business development strategy. You will manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to maximize client acquisition and retention while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in luxury retail.
• Additional language skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed Sales Plans and lead business development initiatives.
• Drive sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Define and implement the business development strategy for High Jewelry in partnership with the HJ sales manager.
• Collaborate with Corporate Departments and communicate to Executives to leverage business analysis and opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the boutique business and assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive sales strategy.
• Partner with Regional Client Engagement Director to implement Clienteling strategies for new client acquisition and retention.
