Brobston Group is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales and build a client network in our Dallas boutique. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain product knowledge, and ensure boutique standards.

Applicants should have retail or luxury product experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to stand long hours and perform light lifting. This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, jewelry or luxury product sales preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and lift or unpack large boxes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop a client network, and maintain client information.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office when management is absent.
• Develop working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
