Job summary

Brobston Group in Dallas invites a Client Service Representative to manage day-to-day client services at the boutique, partnering with management to ensure smooth POS, aftersales, and customer interactions.

You'll oversee cash handling, inventory, loss prevention, and floor support, while assisting with merchandising, safety, and operational tasks. This role requires at least 3 years in retail cashiering and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and fixtures, including lifting boxes.
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee POS operations, aftersales, phone communications, cash integrity, inventory control, loss prevention, and client service.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, and selling-floor support.
• Participate in inventories and help resolve issues affecting cash-wrap service and productivity.
• Support boutique operations, including safety and security, policies and procedures, product receiving, and other operational tasks.
