• Achieve sales goals and balance daily business with High Jewelry sales.
• Develop a network of loyal clients and attend community events to generate new business.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data, novelties and events communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist in display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening, maintaining boutique aesthetics.
