Hermès Maison Madison Flagship Boutique in New York seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage store inventory, process shipments, and oversee aftersales service in a luxury retail setting.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, reconciliations, documentation, and collaboration with management to maintain stock levels and efficiency. 2+ years in supervisory ops preferred; excellent problem solving and communication required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or back of house supervisory capacity, luxury retail preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with shipping software and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
• Participate in store cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with management guidance.
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the day they are generated.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for shipments and transfers.
• Check in returns against previous day’s activity and update tickets and prices.
• Process, record and follow up on aftersales service.
• Manage damages and inventory for damaged goods.
• Collaborate with management to analyze business and replenish needs.
