Hermès is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in our Madison flagship boutique to manage store inventory and streamline receiving, ticketing, and shipping processes. You will work with the sales and selling support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will lead weekly cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation with guidance from the Managing Director and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or back-of-house supervisory role in luxury retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Experience with shipping, inventory control and asset protection.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
• Organize and participate in store cycle counts, bi-annual inventories and reconciliation with direction from management.
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Check in all returns against previous day’s business.
• Print and ticket merchandise, returns and price updates.
• Process, record, maintain and follow up on all aftersales service.
• Process damages, maintain inventory for damages.
• Work with Store Management to analyze business and replenish needs.
• Develop inventory.
