Job summary

Hermès Manhasset Boutique seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage store inventory, receiving, ticketing, and shipping/transfer processing as part of a luxury retail team in New York. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and collaboration with management to optimize stock levels.

The position supports weekly cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and aftersales processing, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or back of house supervisory capacity, in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
• Organize and participate in cycle counts and inventories with management guidance.
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within each business day.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for shipments, returns, and prices.
• Record and follow up on all aftersales service."
• Develop inventory and replenish needs in collaboration with store leadership.
