Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or back-of-house supervisory role, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized store inventory.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with leadership guidance.
• Process incoming/outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Ticket merchandise, process returns, and update pricing as needed.
• Oversee aftersales service and damages inventory.
