Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing order management or similar high-touch service experience.
• Experience with interior design or luxury furnishings is preferred.
• Experience communicating with clients about status, delays, or changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client orders through production, shipping, receiving, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Proactively communicate order updates to clients.
• Maintain professional presence in a high-touch luxury client environment.
• Respond to client questions promptly, researching as needed.
• Track open orders and coordinate with vendors, freight partners, and receivers.
• Update NetSuite with status, shipping dates, tracking info, and notes.
• Review freight rates and invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage damages, RAs, replacement orders, and credits through completion.
• Serve as internal logistics resource for freight, receiving, delivery matters.
• Vet trusted logistics partners in other markets.
• Maintain clear order documentation and internal notes.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance client experience.
