Job summary

Partnership Employment is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator for a national luxury brand. The contract role is 3-6 months with potential extension, focusing on end-to-end order management and exceptional client service across internal teams and external clients.

You will own order lifecycle, coordinate with Sales Consultants, Client Services, and Technical Support, and maintain reporting. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years in admin, marketing, operations, or sales support are required, along with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Two years of admin, marketing, operations or sales support experience.
High level of personal judgement and integrity.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP) and Word.
Experience using a CRM system.
Strong work ethic and independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end order management from pre-order through delivery.
Serve as a key contact across internal departments and with clients to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Maintain and track order reporting data for visibility into status and performance.
Support Showroom Sales Consultants by preparing quotes, entering orders, coordinating sample requests, and processing payments.
Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Client Services, and Technical Support to resolve client issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
