Job summary

The Virginian Golf Club welcomes a Guest Service Attendant to join the Nicewonder Inn team in Bristol, VA. You will assist with front desk operations, including check-in and check-out, and respond to guest inquiries to ensure a luxurious stay.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year in hotel front desk or guest service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hotel front desk or guest service operations.
• Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide luggage support as needed.
• Process check-outs, payments, and billing with accuracy and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
• Coordinate guest needs with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and elevate concerns to management when necessary.
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
• Consistently uphold the service and hospitality standards of the Nicewonder Inn.
