Job summary

The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, part of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Front Desk Agent in Blacksburg, VA. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle requests, and support front desk operations with a guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities include answering calls, coordinating services, and potentially operating the hotel shuttle. Weekend, holiday, and Hokie Game Day availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in a similar hotel position is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Answer phone calls and process requests promptly.
• Handle guest requests and information needs per policies.
• Support daily front desk operations and provide world-class service.
• May operate the hotel shuttle when needed.
