Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms and villas with attention to quality and timeliness.
• Provide personalized service by describing menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods with confidence.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests to create memorable experiences.
• Set up, maintain, and clear In Room Dining tables, trays, and service stations.
• Process guest checks accurately and complete all transactions.
