Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and delivers elevated guest experiences. You will manage in-room dining orders, coordinate timely delivery, and communicate guest needs to the kitchen with care.

You will be responsible for accurate billing, maintaining records of guest preferences, and providing warm, professional service across a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Hospitality industry multitasking with guest focus and efficiency.
• Schedule requires availability seven days a week, 24 hours a day as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-room dining orders by phone, iPad, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders and guest amenities to ensure an elevated experience.
• Enter and communicate orders to the kitchen and culinary team with dietary notes.
• Close guest checks accurately and process charges per Four Seasons standards.
• Document guest preferences and special instructions for consistent service.
• Answer calls with warm and professional etiquette to describe offerings vividly.
