Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking an In Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional room service, explain menu items with vivid descriptions, and maintain spotless service areas. The role requires standing for long periods, carrying trays, and engaging guests with aloha hospitality.

You will report to the In Room Dining Management Team and must have authorization to work in the United States. A Hawaii Food Handler's Card, Maui Liquor Card, and ServSafe certification within 3 months are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guest rooms with accuracy and timeliness.
• Describe menu items with clear, engaging details and assist with tray removal as needed.
• Break down, clean and set up room service tables and stations.
