Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate, prior restaurant service and guest relations experience preferred.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
Anticipate guests’ needs and acknowledge guests promptly.
Respond to guest inquiries accurately and maintain positive guest relations.
Prepare and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Handle all room service duties with accuracy, courtesy, and timeliness.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
