Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a Forbes Five-Star inspired environment.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage management team, you will coordinate all aspects of in-room dining services, maintain menu knowledge, and uphold service standards while collaborating with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or resort settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter guest orders accurately per Forbes Five-Star service standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of In-Room Dining offerings, ingredients, pricing, and dietary restrictions.
• Monitor orders and ensure delivery times meet established schedules.
• Communicate guest preferences, VIP instructions, and special requests to relevant departments.
