Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale, part of CoralTree Hospitality Group, is seeking an In-Room Dining Coordinator to join our luxury team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction with Forbes Five-Star standards.

Reporting to F&B management, you will coordinate all in-room dining activities, maintain menu knowledge, collaborate with Culinary and service teams, and uphold exceptional service while delivering memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort role is desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders in-room dining requests.
• Coordinate all in-room dining services and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings and dietary options.
• Collaborate with Culinary and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate guest records and billing documentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with maintaining menus, order-taking materials, and supplies.
• Maintain organized In-Room Dining office and work areas.
