Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and check on guest satisfaction.
• Use Forbes Five-Star service standards to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders.
• Enter guest orders into the POS system and manage billing with correct folio association.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Service teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of In-Room Dining offerings, ingredients, and dietary accommodations.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and VIP instructions to relevant departments.
• Support daily In-Room Dining operations and prepare departmental reports.
