Job summary

Four Seasons Lana’i is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to deliver elevated guest experiences. You will manage in-room dining orders, coordinate timely delivery, and ensure accurate communication of special requests to the kitchen.

A meticulous, guest‑focused approach is essential to success in this role. Responsibilities include interacting with guests over the phone, using POS and hotel systems, and maintaining precise records of preferences and amenities.

Qualifications

• Must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette required.
• Willing to work a 24/7 hospitality schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-room dining orders via phone, iPad, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate timely delivery of orders with Room Service Servers.
• Enter orders in POS and communicate special requests to kitchen.
• Document guest preferences and daily amenity deliveries accurately.
• Close guest checks and record charges per standards.
