Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator who manages guest in‑room dining orders via phone, iPad, and messaging, and communicates guest preferences to the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely delivery. You will document guest requests, close checks, and maintain organized records while upholding our standards of warm, attentive service.

Must have US work authorization, ability to stand long hours, and strong guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest in-room dining orders via phone, iPad, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate timely delivery of in-room dining orders with the kitchen and Room Service Servers.
• Document and manage guest preferences, dietary needs, and daily amenity deliveries.
• Close guest checks, record charges, and ensure transactions meet standards.
• Describe food and beverage offerings engagingly to guests.
