Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina seeks an In-Room Dining Supervisor who is passionate about excellence and aloha spirit. You will lead and train the In-Room Dining team, ensure quality service and guest satisfaction around the clock.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, at least one year in a similar setting, and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are included at this luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and guest-contact skills.
• At least 1 year in a similar food & beverage environment.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and F&B systems.
• US work authorization and flexibility to work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach and discipline In-Room Dining staff to meet standards.
• Be visible in operation, recognize staff, handle guest requests and complaints.
• Describe and ensure quality of food items and preparation, including wine/spirits knowledge.
• Attend regular operational meetings for coordination.
• Observe facilities and equipment, recommend improvements.
• Assist with taking orders, presentations, and room delivery.
• Assist with cleanliness of operational areas.
