Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, developing rapport with guests, and coordinating with IRD coordinators, servers, cooks, and managers to ensure timely and gracious service.

The ideal candidate has about 1 year of hotel experience, keen attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel experience preferred, especially in luxury environments.
• High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-shift meetings for daily updates.
• Display friendly, courteous and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Perform tasks and projects as delegated by leadership.
• Coordinate service with IRD coordinators, servers, cooks, and managers.
• Ensure timely, responsive, and gracious service at all times.
