You will mentor colleagues, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure brand standards while collaborating with rooms, engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience required; Rooms leadership is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-end property.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations with a focus on service standards.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Manage the department budget, scheduling and payroll reporting.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety policies.
