Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for a Forbes Four-Star luxury hotel. You will oversee daily housekeeping, ensure flawless cleanliness and presentation, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to use PMS and reporting tools to optimize operations. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of housekeeping experience in a full-service, upscale, or luxury hotel environment, including supervisory/leadership experience.
Strong computer proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word, with ability to create and read operational reports.
Experience with PMS, housekeeping software, work-order platforms, and related hotel tech.
Demonstrated accuracy, detail orientation, and commitment to luxury guest service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Lead, train, and develop a diverse team; manage scheduling and productivity.
Leverage technology and data to drive efficiency and reporting across departments.
