Job summary

Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the Rooms/Operations department, ensuring exceptional housekeeping and laundry operations, training and developing staff, and driving profitability through efficient, high‑quality service.

The role focuses on planning, implementing, and controlling departmental strategies, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, performance feedback, budget control, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus at least five years of related experience; or a high school diploma plus seven years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute housekeeping strategies to exceed guest satisfaction, cleanliness standards, and revenues.
• Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff and supervisors.
• Ensure staff are trained to standards and able to carry out department functions.
• Conduct trainings, coaching, and daily feedback for staff.
• Inspect cleanliness and organization of areas and ensure inspections are carried out consistently.
• Manage payroll budgeting and staffing in line with occupancy and department goals.
