In this fast-paced role at a four-diamond property, you will assist with setup, service of food and beverages, and knowledge of menus and beverage lists, while upholding safety and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Food and Beverage, preferably at a luxury property.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Must focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up and tear down of tables and chairs as needed
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Responsible service of alcohol
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists
• Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Other duties as assigned
