Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking an organized Sales Support Associate to assist the Sales management team with daily tasks, contract drafting, and travel coordination.

You will maintain the sales database, prepare documents, and ensure excellent customer service for internal and external clients, while balancing shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays at our luxury resort in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in Hotel Sales or related field.
• Experience in a luxury, 5-star hotel or resort preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Delphi and Opera knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales management team with daily tasks.
• Maintain and manage sales system database.
• Generate and amend sales contracts, addendums, and other documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for management.
• Communicate Group Event information to departments in a timely manner.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales team.
