Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support for several Sales Executives. You will coordinate reservations, manage travel requests, and act as a liaison between property teams and clients to uphold brand standards.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, meticulous scheduling, and confidential document handling within a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years of prior relevant Administrative experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or sales.
• Experience in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, and amenities.
• Manage travel advisor requests and liaise with property operations teams to execute requests.
• Be a resource on activities, services and amenities within the resort.
• Set up site/FAM tour agendas and coordinate with properties to prepare keys and dining arrangements.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel for Sales executives.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain files with highly sensitive information.
• Provide excellent service consistent with property standards and build strong client/employee relationships.
