Responsibilities

• Provided clerical and administrative support to sales and related teams.
• Coordinate and expedite work within Sales, Catering, and Convention Services.
• Support daily tasks to assist departmental goals.
• Assist with coordinating site inspections and property visits for clients.
• Work with Reservations to ensure client stays are prepared accurately.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage group room blocks.
• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and billing.
• Create and update group resumes and communicate group changes to hotel departments.
• Oversee VIP group experiences and pre-keys arrangements.
