Responsibilities

• Achieves a minimum of 90% of productivity goals and 100% of activity goals.
• Direct Sales: targets 30+ room nights on peak; requires own transportation and a valid license.
• Key Account Management: maximize current hotel key accounts for revenue growth.
• New Account Development: capture competitor accounts through networking and research.
• Acquires referrals from existing accounts and follows up leads within 24 hours.
• Plans and implements an on-going Targeted Account Development hit list of 50+ room nights on peak.
• Continually targets for new business with 50+ room nights on peak through various outreach methods.
• Accounts service and management: maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
• Develops customer relationships through professional, courteous interpersonal interaction.
• Product knowledge: study market and competitors to capitalize on strengths and address weaknesses.
• Time management: focus on revenue-producing activity and maximize selling time.
• Represents the hotel and company with integrity and professionalism.
