Minneapolis DoubleTree Suites MN seeks a results-driven Sales Director to lead group bookings, optimize ADR and occupancy, and expand market share. You will manage sales and events operations, craft proposals, and secure contracts while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering superior guest service and revenue performance for the hotel and its stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Progressive supervisory experience in hospitality, including Rooms and F&B.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and sell; excellent customer service.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and presentation skills.
