Job summary

The Westgate Hotel is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive group and corporate business, while building lasting client relationships in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating, and contracting group business, coordinating with Revenue Management and events teams, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to operations. Experience in luxury hospitality and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales, catering, and/or revenue experience required.
• Previous experience in hotel group sales, catering, conference services, or related hospitality sales preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Opera PMS required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solicit, negotiate, and contract group and corporate business to achieve goals.
• Prospect new accounts and cultivate existing relationships through calls, networking, and industry events.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and client correspondence per hotel policies.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, resumes, and sales records in CRM and hotel systems.
