Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an on-property Sales Manager to proactively solicit and secure revenue opportunities, upsell offerings, and achieve hotel revenue goals. You will drive key account activity, host client meetings, and ensure flawless handoffs to service teams for event delivery.

Responsibilities include forecasting group sleeping rooms, creating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships to sustain growth and satisfaction across our properties.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred; luxury and experiential sales favored.
• Strong communication and aggressive negotiation skills; ability to close deals.

• Solicit and handle revenue opportunities; actively upsell opportunities.
• Meet and exceed personal and team revenue goals; manage customer budgets.
• Build relationships with customers; conduct sales calls and entertain clients.
