Roma KG is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and smooth service across all F&B outlets.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, beverage knowledge, and the ability to manage teams in a luxury hospitality setting. Expect to partner with sales for group events and to maintain high standards of service and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality operation.
• Beverage certification preferred.
• Supervisory, coaching, and staff development experience required.
• TIPS training certification within 30 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and ensure the overall success of the hotel restaurant, bar and IRD.
• Manage daily operations of restaurant, bar and in-room dining to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop operating strategy aligned with the Company’s business plan.
• Coordinate with sales and group planners to meet group requirements.
• Oversee F&B inventories, schedules, and staff performance.
