You will train staff, drive guest satisfaction, and manage costs within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

The role requires leadership, forecasting, budgeting, and strong communication to ensure consistent service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Maximize sales and revenue
• Ensure compliance with company standards
• Deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the F&B team
