Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist to drive bookings for a cluster of South Florida luxury hotels. You will convert inquiries from phone, email, and web into confirmed reservations while enhancing the guest journey.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury hotel sales or reservations, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to support a shared-services model.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 3+ years in luxury hotel sales, reservations, or operations.
• Proven ability to drive bookings and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Capture and convert reservation inquiries via multiple channels.
• Coordinate and confirm bookings for rooms, suites, residences, spa, dining.
• Provide personalized service to guests and travel advisors.
• Manage chat and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest requests and special accommodations per standards.
• Complete pre-arrival processes and billing details.
• Support cross-functional teams within the shared services model.
• Assist with PBX routing and internal service requests.
• Maintain accurate records in reservation systems.
• Participate in emergency communications and incident response.
• Collaborate across the cluster for consistency and efficiency.

About The Role

The Reservations Sales Specialist is responsible for selling and coordinating reservations for a cluster of South Florida luxury hotels, including Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club, and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. This role serves as an extension of the Sales Team, focusing on converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings while enhancing the guest journey through personalized pre-arrival engagement. This position is based at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and reports to the Senior Director of Reservations, with flexibility required to support all properties within the shared services model.

What You Will Do

• Capture and convert reservation inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, web, and internal requests
• Coordinate and confirm bookings for rooms, suites, residences, spa, dining, and additional revenue opportunities
• Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, travel advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage chat communication platforms, responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle guest requests, special accommodations, and resolve concerns in line with Four Seasons standards
• Complete pre-arrival processes, including confirming reservations, billing details, and waitlisted services
• Support cross-functional teams such as Group Reservations and Guest Recognition as needed
• Assist with PBX call handling, including routing, messaging, and guest communication
• Manage and respond to internal service requests (HOTSOS) and coordinate with operational departments
• Maintain accurate records and data within reservation and property systems
• Support emergency communication protocols and respond to incidents in accordance with hotel procedures
• Collaborate across the shared-services cluster to ensure consistency and operational efficiency

What You Bring

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• 3+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales, reservations, or operations preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales conversions and maximize revenue opportunities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to support a shared-services model
