Qualifications

• One year experience as front desk agent, reservations coordinator, or in a relevant field.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations and requests for business travel and transient accounts.
• Assist with coordinating reservations for small groups.
• Monitor general reservations email inbox and office phone.
• Manage rooms control, hotel inventory.
• Confirm commission payments daily and investigate unpaid commissions.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, VIPs, and frequent guests.
