Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment. You will register guests, process payments, manage reservations, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements include at least 1 year of hospitality experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality.
• Opera Cloud experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, engaging service consistently.
• Greet guests and check in using the computer, verifying reservations and payment.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and post charges at departure.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Guest Services, and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Promote the loyalty program and enroll members on arrival.
• Follow safety policies and attend required trainings.
