Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations and lead the F&B management team. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and maintaining high standards across service, training, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree in hotel/restaurant management or related field and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within upscale F&B.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred in hotel/restaurant management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role in high-volume, upscale F&B operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing all Food & Beverage operations.
• Lead and develop the F&B management team and colleagues to execute operations.
• Forecast, schedule, train staff, and maintain standards, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance in areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and leadership to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage payroll accuracy and participate in departmental meetings and key events.
