Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Hotel Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring high quality standards and taking charge in the absence of the Executive Housekeeping Manager.

You will supervise housekeeping staff, assist with training and scheduling, monitor equipment and supplies, and ensure guest rooms remain clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years hotel housekeeping management experience.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping administrative functions (scheduling, status, payroll, clerical).
• Working knowledge of equipment to include floor care, carpet, marble, & granite.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in Laundry Operations helpful.
• Ability to lead, guide, direct, develop and motivate staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and team-building skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English; Spanish helpful.
