Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking an Hotel Assistant Housekeeping Manager to supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate daily activities, and maintain high cleanliness standards across the property. The role supports the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations and may act as a point of contact in their absence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years hotel housekeeping management experience.
• Ability to lead, guide, direct, develop and motivate staff at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communications are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and activities.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and monitoring housekeeping personnel.
• Maintain department equipment and coordinate supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall condition of hotel guest rooms; report repairs as needed.
