Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a friendly and diligent Hotel Houseperson to support the Housekeeping team. You will maintain assigned areas, restock supplies, and assist Guest Room Attendants to ensure rooms meet luxury standards.

The role requires stamina, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury four-star hotel preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to learn, utilize and communicate via company radio.
• Must be able to work with others as a team and provide guest service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain assigned areas and service areas to support Guest Room Attendants.
• Stock linen closets and provide supplies to Guest Room Attendants.
• Clean and maintain hallways, stairs, and common areas as assigned.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with miscellaneous items.
• Assist with lost and found and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Ensure safety and security of keys and radios; follow department procedures.
