Hotel Oceana Santa Monica seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain luxury guest rooms and suites with pristine cleanliness and presentation. You will uphold our Forbes-standard standards and deliver thoughtful, guest-focused service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Flexibility is required: mornings, weekends, and holidays may be needed. You will collaborate with team members, manage linen and supply needs, and ensure smooth room turnover while respecting guest privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and presentation.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure beds, linens, and in-room amenities are perfectly arranged and visually consistent.
• Deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented service that anticipates guest expectations.
• Respect guest privacy and follow established room entry protocols at all times.
• Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or service opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and service spaces.
• Support laundry operations, including linen handling and supply replenishment.
