Job summary

Hotel Oceana Santa Monica is seeking a Front Desk Agent to shape guests' stays and support daily front office operations. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, verify billing details, and assist with reservations, including modifications, extensions, and upgrades.

You'll maintain accurate guest records, process payments, promote upgrades, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk or guest services in a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
