Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Houston seeks a Business Development Sales Manager to drive new business for our Curio Collection by Hilton property. You will focus on identifying and acquiring new accounts, developing leads, and presenting proposals to convert prospects into producing accounts.

The role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with experience in luxury hospitality sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prospect and develop new client relationships
• Experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales is preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new accounts to expand hotel customer base
• Develop leads and conduct outbound sales activities across targeted market segments
• Prepare proposals and contracts and negotiate business opportunities
• Track account production and sales activity to maintain an active prospecting pipeline
• Represent the hotel at networking events, industry functions, and community events to build awareness and partnerships
• Collaborate with sales leadership, group sales, catering sales, revenue management and hotel operations to align opportunities with revenue strategy
