Job summary

Hotel Ivy, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced leader to manage operations and financial performance for a luxury downtown Minneapolis property. You will steer guest satisfaction, maintain high service standards, and drive strategic initiatives with the executive team.

Lead a focused, high-performance team in a Forbes-recommended setting, overseeing rooms and F&B operations while collaborating with corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hotel operations.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including budgeting, safety programs, and long-range planning.
• Effective verbal and written communication; adaptable to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires associates to excel in service.
• Tour and inspect property daily; monitor condition, cost control, and service quality.
• Travel for corporate meetings and sales trips; serve on committees.
• Assist HR with associate issues; manage performance, discipline, and development plans.
• Lead Sales and Revenue Management activities and evaluate performance metrics.
• Guide the Executive Committee and staff to achieve financial objectives; ensure attendance and accountability.
