Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize top line revenue, profitability, and ROI across hotel budgets.
• Lead executive team and manage operating and labor costs per department.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor forecasts and reports.
• Ensure quality service and guest satisfaction; drive sales and marketing alignment.
